Why is this important?
The community that we are trying to build is one that is grounded in mutual respect, trust, and understanding; one where we can show up, be seen, and see others. In order for this community to thrive, it is important that we respect each other. One major way to do this is to respect the time and space that we decide to spend together by showing up. When we show up, we build trust, and we grow a sense of community, a sense that we can depend on and grow with one another. Of course, sometimes things do come up, and we understand that. In that case you will have 48hrs in advance to cancel. This timeline allows the facilitator to adapt the session accordingly.
To avoid any subjectivity (ie. we understand there are rare emergency scenarios where you will need to cancel with 48hrs) at the end of the journey, YOU will get to decide whether you get your deposit back. If you do not get your deposit back, it will be donated to either Community Village or a charity of your choice.
NOTE: We do not want to deny anyone membership because they cannot afford the refundable deposit. If you are unable to afford the deposit but are interested in the journey, simply let us know and we will make arrangements!

Community Village is 100% donation based Nonprofit. It is our intention to freely offer our Journeys, and everything we do, to anyone who wants to be a part of it. We rely on the generosity of our members in order to do this, and we understand that everyone has different financial abilities. At the end of the journey, you will have the option to:

Option 2: Donate to Community Village to support our ability to continue to offer free Journeys to the people who come after you
